Front Desk Agent

Please apply if you have 1+ year of experience as a Front Desk Agent and are looking for a stable role in the hotel industry with a consistent evening and overnight schedule.

As a Front Desk / Night Audit Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out
• Taking reservations over the phone
• Providing prompt, courteous responses to guest requests
• Recommending nearby attractions, activities, and restaurants
• Completing Night Audit reports and daily close-out procedures
• Assisting with light front desk and property upkeep tasks
• Communicating with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

Schedule:

• Weekend Night Audit shifts required
• Additional shifts primarily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Approximately 30–32 hours per week (4 days/week)

Compensation:

• $17.50 per hour
