We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, specializing in vehicle lifts and commercial garage equipment, you will generate new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth within your assigned and protected territory using a company-provided car. Daily responsibilities include cold calling potential clients and persuading them to use our services, so we seek candidates with proven success in similar sales roles. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential commercial customers in the automotive industry, including auto dealerships, independent service centers, and fleet managers.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic weekly sales plans to penetrate the commercial automotive market and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships, all of which is documented in our CRM.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within commercial automotive accounts.
  • Understand clients' needs, requirements, and pain points to effectively position our automotive service and product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote our services, showcase product features, and negotiate sales agreements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives within the commercial automotive sector.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:
