Housekeeping Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in Healthcare settings, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
• Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing to enhance the appearance of floors.
• Conduct custodial duties including waste disposal and restroom maintenance.
• Assist with residential painting tasks as needed to maintain property aesthetics.
• Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
