Employment Type: Contract with opportunity to be permanent

Monthly Pay Range: $2,000 (Paid Biweekly)

Taxes: 1099 Form (collect 100% of your earnings, no tax deduction)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a friendly, experienced Hotel Front Desk Professional to join our network on a contract basis. In this role, you'll ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing top-notch service, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process guest reservations, requests, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests have a seamless stay.
• Assist in managing guest requests and special accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Marriott, Hilton or IHG branded properties and familiarity with brand standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with hotel management software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
