Monthly Pay Range: $2,000 (Paid Biweekly)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a friendly, experienced Hotel Front Desk Professional to join our network on a contract basis. In this role, you'll ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing top-notch service, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process guest reservations, requests, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests have a seamless stay.
- Assist in managing guest requests and special accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Marriott, Hilton or IHG branded properties and familiarity with brand standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with hotel management software.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
