Bar Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with bussing tables, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to tables - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns - Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments using Aloha POS system - Help maintain inventory levels of supplies Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling payments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of sanitation guidelines for food service establishments We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
