Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Austin, TX 78728

Pay Rate: $ $37.00 hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

The Person:

This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent organization skills, ability to pay attention to details, and ability to generate show data in a meaningful way, as well as having great interpersonal skills. This position reports into the Director of Operations and is in Austin TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross organizational to understand needs and timelines

• Be SME (Subject Matter Expert) regarding data owned

• Represent team in weekly cross-functional meetings

• Manage and update SMS data as required

• Generate weekly SMS reports

• Develop and use reports shared weekly / monthly

• Assist with special projects analyzing large databases

• Assist with special projects to better share data with organization

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience as Date Entry Clerk

• Experience creating and generating meaningful reports from data

• Experience presenting and representing data in meetings

Career/Academic Credentials:

• 3+ years' experience as Data Entry Clerk

• High School diploma or equivalent
