Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility
• Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and mechanical techniques
• Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and organizing inventory efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with general labor duties such as packaging, sorting, and preparing products for shipment

Experience

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous
• Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is highly desirable
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and quality control standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physical tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $16.50 per hour
