High School Night Custodian

Overview
Join our dedicated team as a High School Night Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work during evening hours, ensuring the school facilities are pristine and ready for the next day's activities.

Hours of work are 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This position will transition to day hours during the summer months.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge / experience regarding cleaning a variety of floor finishes
• Knowledge / experience regarding use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to maintain high standards related to cleaning
• Ability to follow directions in use of cleaning products
• Able to assist with the set-up and clean-up requirements for activities in the building
• Must be in good health
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated; takes pride in a job well done
• Able to work with others including school personnel, students, and parents

Essential Functions

• Cleaning rooms, halls, offices, bathrooms, steps, walls, etc.
• Set-up and clean-up related to building activities
• Occasional snow removal
• Other duties as assigned
