Senior Salesforce Developer

• 10+ years of Salesforce Development Experience

Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. Proven ability to build end-to-end customizations, integrations, and enhancements following best practices and SDLC standards.

• Must Have Lead-Level Experience

Should have prior experience functioning as a Technical Lead—guiding project teams, mentoring and training junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and overseeing full lifecycle integrations with external systems and third-party applications.

• Expertise in Salesforce Flow

Advanced proficiency in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Autolaunched, etc.) to support automation initiatives and process improvements.

• Strong Lightning Development Skills

Lightning (Aura + LWC) development experience is mandatory. Must be able to build dynamic, reusable Lightning Web Components, customize Lightning pages, and migrate legacy components to LWC where required.

• Salesforce Platform Development Skills

Hands-on experience with the core Salesforce development stack including:

Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes & Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and custom metadata/configuration.

• Preferred Salesforce Certifications

Candidates with advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including:

– Advanced Administrator

– Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

– Service Cloud Consultant

– Platform App Builder
