Dishwasher

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team at Silver Creek. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes are sanitized and ready for use. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, including the dishwashing area, storage areas, and walk-in refrigerator.
- Load and unload the dishwashing machine, ensuring that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Restock and replenish dishware, glassware, and utensils as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and setup for banquets and special events.
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Help with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning the dining area or restocking supplies.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or similar kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 45 per week
