Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining area, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus, especially in food handling, cleaning, and supporting culinary operations.

Duties

• Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes and resetting tables efficiently.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and plating assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Help with food service duties such as serving guests during busy periods or special events.
• Assist in catering setups and banquet functions to ensure smooth operation.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed.
