We are actively seeking highly experienced candidates with a minimum of sixteen (16) years of relevant experience, spanning skill levels from foundational to advanced. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred in one or more related technical disciplines.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong expertise in enterprise systems, automation, and operational support, with experience that includes:

• Analyzing and troubleshooting software application and network component issues
• Performing technical evaluations of client computing software, hardware, and management solutions, including operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance for Windows servers and desktops
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated and well-documented processes and procedures to streamline operational activities
• Scripting and orchestration using PowerShell, VBScript, and Ansible
• Providing technical support to application and utility developers to ensure successful integration into the operating environment
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) across multiple enclaved environments
• Collaborating effectively with management, engineering teams, and internal customers

Candidates must also demonstrate advanced proficiency in the following areas:

• Operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance for Windows servers and desktops
• Scripting and orchestration using PowerShell, VBScript, and Ansible
• Software and patch deployment configurations, including patch compliance and remediation
• Troubleshooting complex software application and network component issues

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

• Experience with Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) practices
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Perl and Python
• Familiarity with commercial application platforms including Apache and Tomcat
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  Knowledge of configuration management tools
  Experience with automated system installation technologies
• Experience supporting automated backup systems
• Virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere
• Experience with NetApp storage management
• Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CentOS
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and CISSP
• Cloud knowledge and certifications, including Azure Fundamentals and AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
