Responsibilities- Prepare for project startup with the Partners.
- Read blueprints and apply construction knowledge to build the project correctly.
- Assemble comprehensive job cost estimates and follow the direction of the Partners with regard to performing work within the boundaries of the estimate.
- Solicit bids and quotations from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Directly supervises vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare administrative reports.
- Recommend purchase of equipment and material.
- Keep the Partners apprised of any change in activity or cost prior to incurring additional time or materials outside of the project scope.
- Execute project activities as required to meet day-to-day and overall objectives.
- Scheduling and placement of production crews.
- Plan and review the construction project with the Partners on a periodic basis.
- Preparation and update of progress schedules, and ensure that everything feasible is done for the project to meet the required dates.
- Continuously observe work site and equipment to detect and protect against unsafe or hazardous operating conditions.
- Works with homeowners and other stakeholders in project areas to minimize conflicts.

- Minimum 10 years experience as a Site Supervisor with exposure to land development, single-family, multi-family, and commercial construction.
- Progressive responsibility in purchasing, the permit process, budget preparation, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
- Experience with surveying, use of survey equipment, and the layout of buildings on a site.
- Ability to communicate well with supervisors and co-workers in English.
- Can work for an extended period, under hot, wet or cold weather conditions.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills, and abstract reasoning ability.
- Self-starter who adheres to ethical standards and company policies.
- College degree preferable but work experience will be strongly considered.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software applications.
