DriveThru Shift Leader

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking an experienced and motivated Drive-Thru Shift Lead to oversee one of the most critical areas of our operation and ensure each shift ends with excellence. Drive-Thru Shift Leads play a key role in leading team members, executing strategy, and delivering a fast, accurate, and welcoming guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Drive-Thru operations, including outside and inside execution strategies
• Coach, motivate, and support team members throughout the shift
• Ensure service times, order accuracy, and throughput goals are consistently met
• Execute weather, IPOS, meal delivery, cockpit, and window strategies\
• Support an exceptional guest experience by modeling Chick-fil-A values
• Assist with opening and/or closing duties, including shift setup, break plans, and operational reset
• Monitor and manage team member performance during the shift

Qualifications

• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire others
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Results-driven, dependable, and accountable leader
• Strategic and data-driven decision maker
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Drive-Thru environment
• Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Ability to open the restaurant
• Friday and Saturday availability required
• Exceptions to requirements may be made at the discretion of the Operator

Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Shift Availability: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (full availability required for this shift)
