We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Distribution Center Associate to join our bustling logistics hub in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is central to our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, order picking and packing, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail are essential. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are expected to adhere strictly to safety regulations and utilize provided PPE. Responsibilities include: Receiving incoming shipments and verifying quantities against purchase orders. Accurately stocking merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Picking customer orders with precision and efficiency. Packing orders securely to ensure safe transit. Preparing shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers. Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE. Performing inventory counts and assisting with stock checks. Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors. Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This is a key role in our logistics chain, requiring dedication and attention to detail. We believe in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
