Your main duty will be accurately picking customer orders from shelves and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Operate picking equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain organized work areas and assist with stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive team environment within the logistics hub.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
