Join our energetic team as an Order Picker in Nashville, Tennessee! This role is vital to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will navigate the warehouse using handheld scanners, identifying and retrieving the correct items from various locations. The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential, as you'll be responsible for meeting picking quotas while maintaining high standards of quality. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. You will be working in a dynamic setting where speed and accuracy are key performance indicators. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, walking, bending, and reaching. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking technologies is a plus. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict guidelines, including the proper use of PPE such as safety vests and footwear. Candidates must be comfortable with Lifting items of varying weights and sizes throughout their shift. Your role is central to our Logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. A strong commitment to Safety in all aspects of your work is required.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a scanner and pick list.
- Verify item quantities and product details.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Meet daily picking performance goals.
