As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Your role is essential in ensuring accuracy and speed in our fulfillment processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified/trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
