The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are required. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage prepared orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE usage.
