- Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF devices to track inventory movements.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
