We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. This position is crucial for the day-to-day operations, involving the handling, movement, and organization of goods within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Identify and report any damaged items or safety concerns.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to use PPE as instructed.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
