Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order details before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet established performance quotas for picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous picking and packing experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
