Our Grand Rapids, Michigan location is seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our warehousing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is a plus. Must have the physical capacity for frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and move continuously throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols. Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of logistics procedures. Capable of working in a team and independently. Legal right to work in the United States.
