Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requests.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory movement.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Must possess the ability for consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures. Must be reliable and punctual. Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes. Authorized to work in the United States.
