Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, and then carefully packing those items into appropriate shipping containers. This position demands a keen eye for detail to ensure that the correct products are picked and that orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. You will work with various warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and track order progress. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for efficiency and Safety . This role involves substantial physical activity, including constant movement, bending, stooping, and significant Lifting of packages up to 50 pounds. Compliance with all company Safety policies and the mandatory use of provided PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves, is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed established picking and packing productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
