We are hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain the accuracy of our inventory in Phoenix, Arizona. This pivotal role requires a meticulous and analytical individual to oversee all aspects of inventory management, including cycle counting, stocktaking, reconciliation of discrepancies, and implementing process improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and improve overall warehouse efficiency within our logistics operations. Strong proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems is essential. You will collaborate with various departments, including purchasing, receiving, and shipping, to ensure data integrity. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. While this role is less physically demanding than others, there may be occasional lifting of lighter items. You must possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
