We're hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for our Miami, Florida distribution center! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our logistics operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining warehouse organization. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to follow established protocols and utilize required PPE. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to develop skills across different warehouse functions. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and policies.
- Utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Engage in physical tasks including Lifting and moving products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including regular Lifting.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
