Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer paid training to equip you with the skills needed for success. You will learn about our products, processes, and the importance of safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE and follow safe lifting practices.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and using PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics concepts.
