Job Summary:
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Sacramento, California, where you will play a key role in our fast-paced distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will work with a variety of products, using warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing and shipping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy through careful scanning and reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment.
  • Be prepared for tasks involving moderate Lifting , typically up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand pick lists and item descriptions.
  • Basic computer proficiency for using scanning equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines.
