We have an immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk at our Grand Rapids, Michigan logistics center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, verifying package contents, labeling shipments correctly, and loading trucks. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential to prevent errors and ensure timely deliveries. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks that may involve frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace, so adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected. Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.

- Ensure packages are properly secured and labeled.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with shipping software and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of shipping procedures and logistics operations.
- Commitment to following safety protocols.
- Willingness to consistently use PPE.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
