As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our fulfillment center. You will work with a variety of products, utilizing advanced technology and equipment to fulfill orders promptly. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety protocols and use mandated PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare documentation as required.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to and utilize all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Contribute to team efforts and assist in meeting daily fulfillment goals.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear and use necessary PPE.
