The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience with various warehouse machinery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A deep understanding of safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures, is mandatory. Responsibilities include: Performing routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sorters, and automated systems. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on equipment. Ensuring all machinery is operating safely and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications. Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Assisting with the installation and setup of new equipment. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE. Collaborating with operations and logistics teams to address equipment needs. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role may involve occasional lifting of components and materials. Familiarity with industrial automation and robotics is a significant advantage. Must demonstrate strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
