Seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our busy warehouse operations in Boise, Idaho. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and swiftly. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory, check for discrepancies, and stock items appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate necessary equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working area and consistent use of PPE.
