We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a critical **Logistics** hub. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your role is essential to ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution network. We prioritize a **Safety**-first culture, and all team members are expected to follow established **Safety** guidelines and wear appropriate **PPE**. The position involves frequent **Lifting** and physical activity, requiring stamina and a willingness to contribute to team goals. You will work with a dedicated team to meet operational targets and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately put away incoming merchandise.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for outbound shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work area.
- Wear and correctly use all required **PPE**, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Perform **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the **Logistics** operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs. Understanding and commitment to warehouse **Safety** protocols. Experience with **PPE** usage. Familiarity with **Logistics** principles is a plus.
