We are seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace, and adherence to all **Safety** protocols is paramount. You will be expected to operate various warehouse equipment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to overall team success. This role is fundamental to our **Logistics** chain, ensuring our clients receive their products on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE** such as safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of various materials, often exceeding 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging of outgoing shipments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse setting. Must wear provided **PPE**. Understanding of basic **Logistics** and inventory management principles is beneficial. Strong commitment to **Safety**.
