Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to established guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
