We are hiring Warehouse Workers to support our operations in Durham, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics functions and requires individuals who are energetic, reliable, and safety-conscious. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves significant lifting, movement, and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and replenish inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including work areas and aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed (training provided).
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
