- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order tickets and pick lists.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Verify product codes and quantities before picking.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as replenishing stock.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding logistics setting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
