We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount in this position, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment, so strict adherence to all Safety policies and the mandatory use of PPE are expected. This role involves continuous physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate locations.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency.
- Assemble and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE .
- Achieve daily performance targets for picking and packing.
- Support the smooth functioning of our Logistics department.
- Perform tasks that involve Lifting up to 50 lbs.
