Join our Omaha, Nebraska team as a Picker/Packer and play a key role in our order fulfillment process. This position requires precision and efficiency to ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and packaging them securely. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to follow strict protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This role involves considerable standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of items up to a certain weight. Understanding the importance of efficient order processing within the overall Logistics operation is key. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is advantageous.
