Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse operations? Our Indianapolis, Indiana facility is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of dedicated warehouse associates. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality, and managing staff performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics and warehouse management. You will be tasked with scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and coaching. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is a critical aspect of this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for motivating and managing your team. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks may be required.
