We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to support the daily operations of our state-of-the-art distribution facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using RF scanners and order lists.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, particularly concerning the use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of safety procedures, including the importance and correct usage of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
