Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our facility in Dallas, Texas. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the distribution center, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will utilize various equipment and systems to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of goods. A commitment to productivity, accuracy, and above all, Safety , is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and accurately to prevent damage.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required for some equipment).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
  • Ensure the proper use of PPE at all times.
  • Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Proficiency with scanning technology and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving physical stamina and consistent Lifting .
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
