Job Summary:
Calling all experienced Forklift Operators in Seattle, Washington! Our busy distribution center is seeking skilled and certified individuals to operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks. You will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and staging products within our warehouse. Safety and efficiency are paramount in this role, as you will be handling significant volumes of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Move, stack, and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform daily pre-operation checks on all equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by properly documenting movements and locations.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking and packing.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual Dexterity and some physical exertion, including Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory control systems.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
