Our company, M3 Components, is a manufacturing company providing volumetric pods, wall panels and prefabricated MEP components for medical facilities. Our value proposition to owners is that we deliver medical facilities better, faster, and provide higher value by standardizing design and manufacturing volumetric pods, LGS wall panels with inwall MEP, multi-trade overhead rack systems and manufactured kit of parts. Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Understand and become an ambassador of our mission of "Leading the Evolution of Construction" and help us evolve the company and the industry as a whole.
  • Come up with and/or assist on innovative new product development and R&D efforts.
  • Be highly organized, quality focused, process driven, detailed-oriented, and efficient.
  • Understand metal stud framing, industrialized construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes and healthcare construction.
  • Be versed in 2022 CBC and HCAi construction standards, processes and inspection requirements.
  • Be versed in contracts warranty, risk management, terms and conditions as well as union contract language.
  • Perform oversight of all manufacturing activities related to QC, project building design and standards.
  • Collaborate with client, owners, consultants, M3 Teams, and GC's to ensure excellence in customer service.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies, standards, and systems.
  • Responsible for fostering company safety culture and accountability on all projects.
  • Assist in implementation of lean, training, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve operations, customer experience, processes, methods, culture and quality.
  • Develop and coach, project managers, project engineers, modelers, manufacturing, and Teams over all divisions.
  • All other tasks, activities and duties required.
  • Look, listen and learn. Understand the company, the Team, and the current process.

Outcomes:
  • Develop and maintain relationships based on trust and excellence in service.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, IPD, IFOA, and Master Agreements, etc.
  • Manage, coach, train and develop a high performing manufacturing team with a high Cultural Engagement Score.
  • Secure repeat work with healthcare Customers.
  • Ensure manufactured components, mechanical, electrical and plumbing project scopes are aligned, defect free, on time and on budget.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
  • Computer proficiency with Revit, Stratus and StrucSoft knowledge would be a plus.
  • Min 3 years' experience with finishes, metal stud framing, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • 10 years' experience with general construction field superintendent, focus on healthcare preferred.
  • Strong, trustworthy verbal and written communication skills.
  • Estimating experience in commercial framing or general construction with a focus on healthcare, preferred.
  • Experience with prefabrication, modular and manufacturing (DFMA) is desirable.

Salary Band: $100,000/year - $160,000/year DOE
