We’re looking for a driven and collaborative IT Project Manager to join a purpose-led not-for-profit organisation in Ipswich on a 10-month fixed term contract, supporting the implementation and integration of a business-critical system that will directly enhance how the organisation delivers its services. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical expertise in an environment where impact, values, and people come first.
Hybrid working – Full-time with 3 days a week onsite in Ipswich The Role You’ll take ownership of a high-profile systems project from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful implementation, seamless integration, and strong stakeholder engagement throughout.
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a business-critical system implementation
Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
Ensuring smooth system integration with existing platforms
Translating technical detail into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Supporting change management and user adoption
About You You’ll bring a calm, structured approach to complex projects and thrive in collaborative, mission-driven environments.
Proven experience delivering IT systems or digital transformation projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with system integration and working with third-party vendors
A pragmatic, hands‑on mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability
An appreciation for working within the not-for-profit or values-led sector (desirable, not essential)
