We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, solution design leadership, and enterprise-level architecture experience including complex integrations, system optimization, compliance alignment, and long-term platform strategy.
The architect will collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, development teams, and security teams to ensure Salesforce platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise modernization initiatives.
Location: Downey, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
Engagement: Contract (12–24+ months)
Industry: Government / Public Sector

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
- Oversee solution governance, standards, and best practices for development teams.
- Drive integration strategies and lifecycle management for Salesforce environments.
- Support business process design, workflow alignment, and modernization initiatives.
- Influence executive decision-making through architecture recommendations and business cases.
- Ensure system design aligns with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Enterprise Architecture experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect capacity
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, enterprise integrations, security models, and lifecycle governance
Preferred Skills & Expertise
- Deep experience with Microsoft Purview and G5 compliance frameworks
- Proven background working in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High)
- Understanding of:
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Conditional Access
- Entra ID Governance
- Experience with responsible AI governance (preferred)
- Automation and reporting skills using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or KQL
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Preferred Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus)
- SC-400 | SC-100 | MS-102 | SC-300
- CIPP-US / CIPP-G
- CISA or equivalent cybersecurity certification
