Bartender/Server

We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced bartenders and servers to join our team and bring that same energy to our guests. What we're looking for

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Team- player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Social media savvy is a plus
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain necessary certifications (e.g. food handler, alcohol server permit)

Responsibilites

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Monitor guest dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitization and organization of the dining and bar area including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain) required
• Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards and how to adhere to ABC regulations in the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification and Food Handler's card
