Position Summary
Help shape how IT delivers value at Just Born. This role is central to strengthening how we plan, govern, deliver, and measure technology initiatives across the business.

As Senior Manager, IT Governance & PMO, you will elevate IT processes, drive clarity and consistency, and partner closely with leaders across IT and the business to ensure technology investments deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

Location:
Bethlehem, PA

Work Model:
Hybrid schedule with two days in office per week. As we continue evolving our ways of working, any future changes will be communicated transparently and well in advance.

Associates 50+ miles away may receive one reimbursed hotel stay per week to ease commuting.

How You'll Impact Results
IT Process Maturity & Continuous Improvement

• Design, document, and evolve IT processes, policies, and standards
• Identify gaps and lead improvements that strengthen clarity and consistency
• Partner with IT leaders to reinforce adoption and shared accountability
• Define clear internal & external expectations, SLAs, scorecards, and success measures

PMO & Delivery Assurance

• Establish project management standards, tools, and delivery practices
• Lead planning, risk management, reporting, and governance for key initiatives
• Build portfolio-level visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
• Strengthen intake, prioritization, and disciplined execution with business partners
• Set QA expectations to ensure solutions are ready, reliable, and high quality
• Support structured change management, communications, and readiness
• Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to steady-state support
• Provide proactive oversight of technology partners and service providers

Education & Experience
Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success
:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in IT governance, IT operations, or project/program management
• 5+ years in roles requiring cross-functional leadership and influence
• Experience maturing IT processes and implementing standards or frameworks
• Experience leading or coordinating large-scale technology initiatives
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or CMMI preferred

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Clear, confident communicator who translates technical concepts into business language
• Proven project, vendor, and partner management capabilities
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity
• Customer-focused mindset with a bias toward action and accountability
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
