Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Server, you will play an important role in ensuring a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while following brand and service standards.
• Provide menu knowledge, including daily specials and wine/spirits recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Process payments accurately and handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
• Uphold Hilton and hotel service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; hotel or upscale dining experience a plus.
• Food Handler's Certification required (must obtain before start).
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required for serving alcohol in California.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time position (shifts vary, including weekends/holidays).
• Competitive hourly wage + tips.
